* Handling all the necessary contracts and documents upon an accepted contact.
* Coordinating all necessary municipal inspections and Laclede Gas Inspections.
* Coordinating all necessary Condo Resale Certificates (if applicable).
* Coordinating any repairs to be made to the property after building inspection
* Coordinating the closing with the title company.
* This package is $399.00 upfront plus 1.% at closing.
* The seller agrees to pay 2.7% to a cooperating buyer’s agency at closing.
